Help Support the RTP at Montreal Walks for Mental Health 2018

October 14, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

On October 14, 2018, the Recovery Transition Program (RTP) will take to the streets of Montreal with thousands of others and walk towards a world without stigma. We take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts made by so many local organizations who push prejudice aside, see beyond stigma, and encourage the rest of society to do the same.

We invite everyone to join us in the walk – friends, family, even dogs are welcome. Registration is free and can be done easily online at mtlwalks.com/registration or on site. We’ll meet near the stage where Ian Kelly will be performing a mini-concert at 10:30. People from the RTP should be easy to spot, wearing green scarves and carrying green placards (like in the 2016 photo above).

Please give generously to help keep programs like ours alive and well, either through the Montreal Walks for Mental Health Foundation or directly to the Recovery Transition Program here.

The RTP strives to eliminate stigma on a daily basis through our words and our actions: “Peers healing through helping” is our motto.

Registration: 10:00 AM
Mini-concert by Ian Kelly: 10:30 AM
